Child Safety
The safety and well-being of all choir members are our highest priorities. We are committed to providing a secure environment where every child feels protected and supported. Our safety protocols include:
-
Rehearsals and performances are supervised at all times by at least two adults.
-
Drop-off and pick-up procedures require a parent/guardian or authorized adult signature for every child.
-
We maintain clear policies regarding appropriate boundaries and respectful interactions.
-
Children are never left unattended, and access to rehearsal spaces is restricted to choir members, staff, and authorized individuals.
-
Any concerns or incidents are addressed promptly according to our safety policy, and families are always notified of relevant matters.
If you have additional questions, please contact the choir director at any time. Our goal is to ensure your child has a positive, safe, and enjoyable experience in our choir community.

Code of Conduct
Our choir is a supportive, inclusive environment for all children. We ask our choir members to:
-
Respect one another and all staff/volunteers
-
Arrive on time and ready to participate
-
Listen attentively during rehearsals

Be kind, courteous, and responsible
-
Follow the director’s instructions

Bullying, disruptive behavior, or repeated absences/tardiness may result in dismissal from the choir.

Parent/Guardian Involvement
We value the partnership we share with our families. Parents / guardians are encouraged to:
-
Ensure regular and timely attendance. Parents are required to sign children both in and out of rehearsal each week.
-
Guardians must be present in the building for last 10 minutes of rehearsal to ensure we are able to sign all children out on time
-
To respect the time of our staff and volunteers, a $20 late child pick up fee will be applied after 5 minutes, due at next rehearsal
-
Volunteer for events, performances, or as rehearsal helpers
-
Support at-home practice and preparation
-
Communicate any concerns or questions to the choir director

Health & Safety
