2:00 pm: SDG Chamber Choir call time / sound check Location: St. Patrick’s Cathedral
3:00 pm: Performance SDG Chamber Choir “Hear My Prayer,” Fauré’s “Cantique.” and “Requiem”
Location: St. Patrick’s Cathedral (Free Performance, please consider attending)

When you get your confirmation, there will be “additional charges” on your bill in the amount of $40 per room per day. This is generated by the automatic reservation system. It will be removed manually at the hotel. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED THIS AMOUNT WHEN YOU CHECK OUT. (But it wouldn’t hurt to double check your bill. Mistakes happened.) Tax is 14.75% including all NYC fees.
Checking-In
For groups of 10 or more checking in at once, there will be a porterage charge of about $12 per bag round trip, i.e., each way plus a daily charge. To avoid this, DO NOT CHECK-IN WITH MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE AT A TIME.
Cancellations
Cancellation of any individual reservation must be received three (3) business days prior to your arrival to avoid paying a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 3 full business days you will be charged one room night and taxes.
Checking-In/Out Time
Check-in time is 4:00pm; check-out time is 12:00pm (Noon). Guests arriving before 4:00pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. Bags can be checked at the hotel. Please note additional charges may apply.
Early Departure Fee
If you leave prior to your reserved checkout date, you will be charged an early checkout fee. To avoid the fee, let the hotel know at least 24 hours prior to CHECK-IN of any change in the planned length of stay.
